Established in 2017, Tooth Buddy Dental Clinics runs six locations across Selangor and the wider Klang Valley. Rechner Media rebuilt its website from the architecture up and runs the ongoing SEO and local search work behind it.

Nobody searches for a dental brand. They search for a treatment, a clinic near them, or a dentist in their area — which means a six-location group is really competing in six separate local markets at once.

Tooth Buddy’s WordPress site couldn’t serve that. It gave a general overview of services and locations, enough to introduce the brand but far too thin to tell a search engine which treatments were offered, at which clinic, by whom. Six clinics were effectively sharing one address in search. The brief was never just to modernise the design — Tooth Buddy needed a faster, more scalable site that could carry ongoing SEO content and hold up as patients increasingly find healthcare information through AI answers as well as search results.

Rather than rebuilding the old site page for page, we used AI-assisted planning to rethink the architecture from scratch, then rebuilt it on Astro for speed and scale.

The new structure gives dedicated pages to individual treatments, service categories, dentists and clinic locations — so patients get genuinely useful information, and search engines can see how each service, practitioner and location connects to the wider network.

Every clinic now has its own page: contact details, opening hours, available treatments, photographs, directions, and its own WhatsApp line for enquiries. Every treatment page explains what the procedure involves, who it suits, what to expect, and where to get it.

We continue to expand and optimise the site with dental content built around the questions patients actually ask, following E-E-A-T principles — accurate explanations, practical treatment information, clear practitioner profiles, content grounded in real clinical experience. Service pages are supported by structured headings, direct answers, FAQs and relevant internal links, making the content easier for search engines to crawl and more usable by AI-powered answer platforms.

For a multi-location group, every clinic also has to be discoverable inside its own catchment. We optimise Tooth Buddy’s Google Business Profiles and connect each one to its matching clinic page, keeping names, addresses, contact details, opening hours and service information consistent across the site and the listings — building real location signals for searches like “dentist in Banting” or “dental clinic in Dengkil”, and giving patients a direct path from Google Search or Maps to the right clinic and the right way to book.
