The Brief
Farlim Group is a listed Malaysian property developer with projects across Selangor, Perak and Penang. Rechner Media has been its digital partner since 2019.
Property marketing runs on two clocks at once. Each development has its own launch, its own buyer profile and its own sales momentum to sustain — while the brand behind them needs a steady, credible presence that outlasts any single project.
Farlim needed both: active sales and marketing support for developments including Taman Impiana Bidor in Perak and Impiana Upeh on Penang island, alongside a website that stays current as those projects progress and campaigns come and go. Behind that sat a familiar operational gap — leads arriving from multiple sources, and a sales team that needed to reach them quickly while the interest was still warm.
Website Design & Development for Farlim Group
We build and maintain Farlim’s website as the brand’s central touchpoint — not a brochure that sits still, but a site kept current with regular project progress updates so buyers can follow a development as it takes shape.
Campaign landing pages are built as they are needed, such as the Merdeka Buyer-Get-Buyer referral campaign, giving each promotion a dedicated place to convert rather than diluting the main site.

Digital Marketing for Farlim Group
We manage Farlim’s social presence to hold brand visibility between launches and drive project sales when it counts. Taman Impiana Bidor has sold several hundred units over the past few years — including through the Covid period, when digital channels carried the sales effort almost on their own.

Content Strategies for Farlim Group
Content that communicates property information, campaign offers and key selling points clearly — planned around individual projects, buyer interests, campaign periods and timely market opportunities. That covers property visuals and campaign messaging, and promotional materials for developments including Impiana Upeh at Balik Pulau, Penang and Taman Impiana Bidor, Perak.
Digitalisation & Automation for Farlim Group
We use n8n and connected automation tools to integrate property leads in real time and notify the sales team the moment an enquiry lands. The same infrastructure runs automated customer greetings and reminders over email and SMS, keeping buyers in contact through decision cycles long enough that a manual follow-up would quietly lapse.

Outcome
Farlim’s marketing and its operations are not separate systems. A buyer sees a project on social, reads the progress update on the website, submits an enquiry, and the sales team knows within moments — with the follow-up sequence already running.
Seven years in, that setup has supported launches, sustained slower periods and carried developments like Taman Impiana Bidor through several hundred unit sales. The value of a long partnership is that the infrastructure compounds: every campaign is built on the one before it, not from scratch.
